Elena’s Model will not be liable or held responsible for falsified information presented by Registrants or Members or third parties used for the background checks and verification. Falsified information may result in immediate termination of membership and may result in being permanently banned from use of our website and services.

A small percentage of people may take longer to connect with members from the matches we provide for various personal reasons, We therefore offer six (6) month extensions at a cost specified in our Service disclosure document, which includes a further 5 guaranteed matches (previous matches allowed will be carried forward) for Members on 6-Month Ultimate Search package. Initializing a freeze requires a member to submit a written notice to his/her assignment Elena’s Models Matchmaking Consultant. The temporary hold will be activated once we receive the written notice.

A member may cancel his or her membership at any time. Cancelation will on be submitted through signed writing. Acceptance of cancelation is based on date and time the cancelation request is received from the time of receiving your cancelation notice.
If you cancel your paid membership after the first cooling off period (5 days of signing your membership Agreement) you will be refunded less costs incurred up to the date of cancelation through the stages of your Individual Search Program
If we cancel a member’s membership for that member’s breach of Our Terms & Conditions, the member shall not be entitled to any refund for the period remaining to elapse until the expiry of the paid membership, without prejudice to any damages sought by us as compensation for the loss suffered or any damages.
If we cancel a member’s membership in our sole discretion for reasons other than that member’s breach of Our Terms & Conditions, the member shall be entitled to a refund for the period remaining to elapse until the expiry of the paid membership less any costs incurred to date of cancelation.
If you do not pay any amount due pursuant to your signed agreement, Elena’s Models Matchmaking reserves the right to suspend your services until the outstanding payment is received or to cancel the contract.
